We are looking for an Executive Director who can build a team that will serve patients at existing skilled nursing facilities and in our local communities in south central Pennsylvania. Requirements

Experience: Minimum of five [5] years in healthcare with progressive responsibility, including supervisory roles.
License: A valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license
Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; demonstrated leadership experience.
Transportation: Reliable means of transportation for community activities; valid driver’s license and car insurance meeting Pennsylvania state requirements.

Nice To Haves

Home health and/or hospice experience recommended.
BSN recommended.
