About The Position
The Assistant Director of Nursing (Clinical Director) (RN) is responsible for assisting in ensuring the nursing department provides consistent, attentive, and efficient care to patients. This role involves monitoring nursing staff, nursing activities, and patient care, as well as ensuring all nursing activities comply with federal, state, and local standards. The position requires the ability to work flexible hours.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
- 5 years minimal clinical nursing experience.
- Knowledge of MDS and current Federal and State regulations for LTC.
- Current RN license to practice in the State of Ohio.
- CPR Certified.
