About The Position

Simple Staffing is hiring for this position on behalf of Crestwood Behavioral Health. We are seeking a Clinical Director to lead and coordinate the rehabilitation program at our 16-bed Psychiatric Health Facility. This role oversees clinical services, ensures compliance with program policies and procedures, and manages the timely completion of required reports. The Clinical Director supervises program staff, provides in-service training as needed, and ensures each client receives comprehensive mental health services throughout their stay, aligned with the goals and objectives of their individual treatment plan. You will lead the team in delivering coordinated care. Your leadership will support staff development and keep services focused on each client's individual care goals.

Requirements

Leadership experience in a clinical setting.
Experience in coordinating rehabilitation programs.
Knowledge of program policies and procedures.
Ability to manage and complete reports.
Supervisory experience.
Experience in providing in-service training.
Understanding of comprehensive mental health services.
Ability to ensure client-centered care aligned with treatment plans.
Skills in leading teams and fostering staff development.
