The Clinical Director in training must be an experienced Doctor of Physical Therapy. This individual will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Anchorage clinic while gaining valuable experience and mentorship from our leadership team and fellow CD's. This position will include a 90-day training period where you will be considered the CD in training. The title change to Clinical Director will be issued following a successful 90-day completion and review. As a Clinical Director, your first and largest priorities are cultivating a clinic that is efficiently run to be productive and profitable, while maintaining a positive 'Team’ culture. This is a highly responsible professional health care and management position requiring a high level of managerial skill, quality, productivity, and leadership. The individual holding this position is responsible for operation of the clinical services of Empower Physical Therapy at your particular location. The Clinical Director (CD) will be accountable for patient care (including quality and productivity), culture of the clinic, timely documentation & appropriate billing. The CD will work closely with the Practice Supervisor training staff on clinical standards, as communicates with the Lead New Patient Coordinator to monitor incoming referrals and evaluation fluctuations, and using the Marketing Assistant as a resource for your targeted location and patient demographic. The CD will also work closely with the COO in making sure new providers are recruited based on clinic needs, and receive training and appropriate mentorship. This position has direct profit and loss responsibility for the clinic in which they are assigned.
