The Director of Clinical Practice provides strategic leadership and oversight for the development, implementation, and advancement of OCHN’s clinical best practices and healthcare integration initiatives. This role is responsible for leading clinical operations, promoting evidence-based practices, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services across the organization. The Director provides clinical leadership, supervision, and support to key clinical teams, including the Manager of Integrated Healthcare, Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultants (Infant Mental Health Program), and the Assessment Center Team, including Diagnosticians, Autism Specialists, and reception staff. This position spearheads clinical quality improvement efforts, service development, workforce capacity building, and compliance with contractual, regulatory, and accreditation requirements. The Director works collaboratively with organizational departments to assess clinical trends and provide clinical leadership in program development, implementation, and strategic planning. These efforts support the delivery of high-quality, efficient services and contribute to improved outcomes for the individuals served. Through strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and clinical leadership, the Director ensures alignment of clinical practices with organizational priorities, industry standards, and emerging healthcare trends.
