Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas (or in final stages of licensure)
• Several years of outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Strong clinical decision-making and mentoring skills
• Self-motivated leader who takes ownership of outcomes
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities

Nice To Haves

• Prior leadership, Clinical Director, or Lead PT experience preferred
• Experience in orthopedics, neuro, vestibular, or balance therapy is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinical operations of the outpatient clinic
• Evaluate patients and provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy
• Mentor and develop PTs, PTAs, and support staff
• Ensure clinical excellence, compliance, and best practices
• Collaborate with ownership and leadership on clinic growth
• Maintain efficient scheduling, documentation, and patient flow
• Foster a positive, accountable, and patient-centered team culture
