Ellie Mental Health - Clinical Director

Ellie Mental HealthSherman Oaks, CA
Onsite

About The Position

Ellie Mental Health is seeking a licensed Clinical Director to help lead and shape a growing outpatient mental health practice in Sherman Oaks. This is an opportunity for a clinician who wants meaningful leadership, influence, and team impact without taking on the full financial and administrative burden of private practice ownership. We are building a clinician-centered practice focused on excellent care, sustainable workloads, strong culture, and long-term team health. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring clinicians, shaping clinical culture, and helping build the kind of practice clinicians actually want to work in. You’ll have the support of established operational infrastructure for billing, credentialing, HR, payroll, marketing, scheduling, and administrative operations, allowing you to focus primarily on clinical leadership, supervision, team development, and quality of care. This is not a solo practice ownership role. It is also not a high-volume therapy role. It is a supported leadership opportunity with real influence, strong partnership, and room to grow.
