Who We Need: Copa Health is seeking a Clinical Leader who can integrate a recovery-oriented philosophy into everyday clinical practice and operations. This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults. This position involves both administrative duties and direct client care. The Clinical Director will supervise staff, develop program policies, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Responsible for the quality and responsiveness of clinical service delivery. Develops and oversees clinical staff and activities that reflect best clinical practice, recovery culture and ensures that program services are provided in accordance with Copa policies and procedures, local, state and federal laws, regulation and licensure/accreditation standards.
