The Clinical Director provides executive leadership and oversight for the Miracles Program, an 80-bed, state-licensed, Medicaid-approved, CARF-accredited residential substance use disorder treatment program. The Clinical Director is responsible for the overall quality, integrity, and effectiveness of all clinical services, ensuring treatment is person-centered, evidence-based, and consistent with the Miracles Program's philosophy of recovery through the Twelve Steps integrated with evidence-based clinical practices. The Clinical Director provides strategic leadership for clinical operations, staff development, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, program outcomes, and program growth. This position ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, Medicaid requirements, CARF accreditation standards, and professional ethical guidelines while fostering a culture of clinical excellence, accountability, compassion, and continuous quality improvement. The Clinical Director also collaborates with organizational leadership and referral partners to support program development, maintain targeted program census levels, and promote timely access to services while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care. As the senior clinical leader for the Miracles Program, the Clinical Director provides supervision to the Program Director and all clinical staff and works collaboratively with agency leadership to advance the mission and strategic goals of Siena Francis House.
