About The Position
This is an opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead a new center-based ABA provider in Beaumont, TX. This role is designed differently from the typical corporate ABA model, focusing on clinical quality and leadership rather than high caseloads and billable hours. The position offers a unique chance to build a program from the ground up with a capped caseload, a Monday-Friday schedule, and dedicated administrative support.
Requirements
- BCBA with 4+ years of experience
- Ready to step into leadership or expand leadership responsibilities
- Looking to escape the burnout that comes with large caseloads and corporate ABA metrics
- Located near Beaumont or open to relocating from Houston, Southeast Texas, or Lake Charles
- Active BCBA certification and Texas LBA (or eligibility) required
