About The Position

Clinical Director (Physical Therapist) - Middleton, MA. Experienced PT Leadership Opportunity | Full-Time (40 hours/week). Base Salary: $100,000–$115,000 Total Compensation: $110,000–$125,000 (commensurate with certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives). Lead a Team. Grow a Clinic. Shape Careers. Requirements

  • Active Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice).
  • Minimum of 3 years of outpatient physical therapy experience; prior leadership experience preferred.
  • CPR and/or AED certification.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for developing others and delivering exceptional patient care.

  • Lead the daily clinical and operational success of your clinic while delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Mentor, develop, and support clinical and administrative team members to build a high-performing, patient-focused culture.
  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and evaluate staff while fostering professional growth.
  • Monitor clinic performance, productivity, patient satisfaction, and financial goals.
  • Partner with regional leadership to improve operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement.
