About The Position

The Clinical Director, RN will provide leadership for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of annual operational priorities. This role ensures alignment of projects with organizational strategy, commitments, and goals. The Clinical Director will facilitate and partner to lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of long- and short-term operating goals and objectives for the department. They will drive the execution of assigned strategic plan components, direct, establish, and monitor business processes to ensure effective and efficient operations, and design and monitor efficient patient flow patterns to maximize clinical and staff efficiency. This position also ensures that all policies conform to Medical Center guidelines. The Clinical Director provides 24/7 oversight for assigned programs, focusing on both patient and employee outcomes (Safety & Quality), and directs and leads Clinical Managers and others in supervisory roles through day-to-day responsibilities and program oversight.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of work experience in Nursing
  • Active RN License in Ohio
