About The Position

Care IV Home Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their team as Clinical Director at their Hot Springs location. The Clinical Director will oversee branch operations for the Hot Springs, Arkansas area territory. Care IV Home Health is a skilled medical home health agency that provides nursing, CNA, and therapy services (PT, OT & ST) to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have Home Health, OASIS, and management experience. The position offers a salary of $85K-100K+ and an excellent, comprehensive benefits package. Care IV Home Health has been serving Arkansans since 1993.

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) license that is active and in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing
Home Health and OASIS knowledge & experience required
Excellent leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to successfully run branch operations
COVID vaccine as a condition of employment (absent reasonable accommodations)

Responsibilities

Managing clinical operations for the Hot Springs branch location
Predictive staffing to anticipate talent needs for growth
Branch budgeting preparation
Participating in activities to increase star ratings and promote overall branch growth
Increase patient census and profitability while maintaining excellent quality of care
Manage Assistant Director and oversee day-to-day activities
Other duties as assigned
