This role is ideal for a confident, collaborative leader who brings both deep perioperative nursing expertise and a strong operational mindset.

Requirements

  • OR-RN experience is required
  • Minimum of 15 years of leadership experience within an Ambulatory Surgery Center
  • Active RN license
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Strong clinical expertise in perioperative services and outpatient surgical operations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire teams in a fast-paced ASC setting
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and exceptional care
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management
  • Computer proficiency and working knowledge of ASC operations

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight for nursing care across all clinical areas
  • Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, regulatory standards, and quality initiatives
  • Collaborate with physicians, medical staff, and administrative leadership to optimize patient care and service delivery
  • Oversee daily facility operations, including staffing, scheduling, workflow, and resource utilization
  • Lead and support Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) efforts
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence
  • Support staff growth through mentorship, coaching, and ongoing education
  • Monitor operational efficiency and contribute to sound fiscal management practices
