Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
Previous outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for patient-centered care and clinical excellence

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day clinical and operational performance of the clinic
Evaluate and treat patients while maintaining exceptional standards of care
Mentor, coach, and develop clinical team members
Drive clinic growth through patient satisfaction, physician relationships, and community engagement
Create and improve clinic workflows, systems, and processes
Ensure compliance with documentation, regulatory, and company standards
Monitor clinic performance metrics and support strategic growth initiatives
Partner with ownership to achieve operational and financial goals
