Brentwood Hospital is looking for a dynamic Director of Outpatient Services- LPC/LCSW to join our team of professionals who are dedicated to providing help and hope to individuals and families for the achievement of improving their mental health as a local pain management clinic. The Director of Outpatient Services develops and administers a comprehensive partial organization program that responds to the community’s needs and oversees all outpatient services in support of the organization’s overall mission, philosophy, and goals. Requirements
- Master’s Degree in behavioral science or mental health-related field preferred, required.
- LCSW or LPC required
Nice To Haves
- clinical, supervisory, and administrative experience in inpatient and outpatient mental health settings preferred
Responsibilities
- Designs partial treatment programs; all outpatient programs are adequately structured; treatment modalities are age and diagnosis specific, develops programs which easily interface with other inpatient and outpatient services provided by the organization
- Maintains effective, compatible relationships between the outpatient services and other programs provided within the Brentwood delivery system
- Carries out the personnel management activities associated with direct staff supervision, including screening and selection, orientation training and development, performance management, and employee relations functions
