Requirements

• Minnesota Registered Nurse in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience; preferably in Assisted Living
• Current CPR certification
• Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test.
• Applicants may be subject to a background check.

Responsibilities

• Overall management, compliance, and success of the assisted living clinical services program licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health
• Monitor that all clinical staff are trained and competent to not only provide quality service but delight the residents along the way
• Ensure that the initiation of services is seamless and that personalized care plans are updated to reflect the residents' needs and desires
• Work with a team of nurses to deliver exceptional results
