The Clinical Director of Implants will be responsible for educating, training, and mentoring doctors in surgical and implant restorative procedures. This role serves as the primary clinical contact for internal and external implant partners, focusing on building and maintaining essential partnerships. The position involves staying current with evidence-based practice standards and dental care advances, advising on implant treatment plans, and providing in-office and in-region support to ensure the highest standard of patient care and practice productivity. Additionally, the Clinical Director will develop and implement implant-related programs, assist with continuing education program development and presentation, and participate in doctor programs. This role also supports the evaluation and implementation of new implant technologies and partners with Field Leadership, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Practice Ownership to establish and monitor doctor retention strategies. A key responsibility includes monitoring revenues and expenditures to ensure budgeted profit targets for implant procedures are met or exceeded, and identifying underperforming practices to implement improvement plans.
