Clinical Director - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Gold VineMiami, FL

About The Position

This is a unique opportunity to lead the opening of a new clinic in Augusta — giving you the chance to shape culture, build your team, and set the clinical standard from the ground up. This role oversees all clinical operations, ensuring quality care, staff development, and program innovation. Within this leadership role, you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll work closely with a leadership team who provide ongoing guidance, oversight, and support as the clinic grows. Gold Vine, a Sunshine ABA company, is built on the belief of “ABA Therapy for a Brighter Future.” As we grow and evolve, our mission remains the same — providing high-quality ABA therapy to children (ages 2–14) and their families, with a focus on unity, growth, and support. We are a family-owned, BCBA-led organization, meaning our decisions are guided by clinical quality, ethical care, and long-term outcomes — not corporate metrics. In a time when many ABA companies are facing regulatory challenges, our structure provides long-term stability for both clinicians and families. If you are a BCBA who loves clinical work but is tired of high-volume corporate pressure, constant instability, unclear expectations, or feeling like you are just another provider in a large system, this role was built for you. Our team is more than employees — we’re a family. We invest in our people as much as our clients, creating an environment where leaders are supported, heard, and set up for success. Starting over can feel overwhelming. Building a caseload, credentialing, and insurance requirements during a transition add up. At Gold Vine ABA, you are not expected to figure that out alone. We provide the structure, guidance, and administrative support needed to help you step into the role with confidence. A stable clinic with consistent clients, clear expectations, and a reliable work environment. Support through licensing, credentialing, and insurance requirements, fully accessible administrative and scheduling team so you can jump into clinical leadership without getting bogged down with administrative duties. Realistic responsibilities and balance without the burnout, career sustainability and long-term growth opportunities.
