About The Position

Flywheel Centers is seeking a Clinical Director BCBA to oversee their Atlanta center. This role involves guiding clinical teams and shaping high-quality ABA care for families across North Atlanta. The position offers a leadership opportunity to oversee BCBAs, RBTs, and support staff, ensuring clinical excellence and team growth. The company provides a supportive infrastructure with dedicated BCBA Supervisors, Clinical Directors, and liaison teams, allowing the Clinical Director to focus on leadership. The role utilizes robust QA systems and extensive goal banks to drive best-in-class care. The Clinical Director will have the opportunity to shape the culture, processes, and clinical vision of the center, with a clear path to executive leadership. The position is fully clinic-based in Atlanta, GA, serving families across Roswell, Johns Creek, Cumming, and North Atlanta.

Requirements

Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
Active BCBA certification (BACB)
Proven leadership and mentorship skills
Commitment to ethical, high-quality care
