Our Clinical Direct Support Professionals are skilled mentors who encourage and support individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities in the development of skills needed to integrate into both home and community settings. All new employees are provided comprehensive training in our clinical program including but not limited to: trauma informed care, DBT skills, personal care, MOAB (Management of Aggressive Behavior), CPR and First Aide, as well as many diagnosis specific trainings. This opportunity provides great career potential for applicants who want to grow in the organization and have a particular interest in dual diagnosis, and complex profiles.
