About The Position

Sentara Outpatient is hiring a Clinical Dietitian to work at Sentara Therapy Center Fort Norfolk and BelleHarbour. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will be responsible for the assessment and nutritional management of acute and chronic disease in the outpatient setting. This role may include individual and group counseling, culinary nutrition, community outreach, public education, and scheduling. You will develop and/or implement a comprehensive care plan based on the assessment and evaluation of patient/caregiver needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (If Bachelor's Degree is in a major other than Dietetics, must complete an Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) accredited Didactic Program in Dietetics).
Registered Dietitian (RD) must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
