About The Position
Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to join our partner healthcare facilities. The goal is to provide exceptional, compassionate care. This role involves providing appropriate patient nutritional care, assessing nutritional status, formulating care plans, coordinating implementation, and evaluating effectiveness. The dietitian will also provide nutrition education to patients and families, approve supplements, and assist in developing a hospital formulary.
Requirements
- Registered Dietitian Required (CMS requirement)
- Minimum one (1) year of experience required.
Responsibilities
- Provides appropriate patient nutritional care.
- Assesses the nutritional status of patients, formulates a care plan, coordinates its implementation, and evaluates its impact and effectiveness.
- Provides nutrition education to patients/families.
- Approves supplements as appropriate and assists in the development of a hospital formulary appropriate to the patient population.
