About The Position

Take the next step in your career with Unidine as a Clinical Dietitian in Oswego, NY! This position is located at Morningstar Senior Living, a 120-bed skilled nursing facility with established clinical workflows. The schedule is hybrid, with one remote day per week and four onsite days. New graduates are welcome, as a structured onboarding and guidance are provided. Morningstar offers long-term care, short-term rehab, and specialty services. You’ll work alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible
Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes.
Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community.
Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence.
Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals.
Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable.
