PRN Hybrid Dietitian
About The Position
Culinary Services Group is hiring immediately for a Clinical Dietitian position at Wiregrass Medical Center in Geneva, AL. This is an acute care hospital setting. The schedule is PRN, with up to 8 hours per week and a flexible schedule, involving rotating weeks onsite/remote. The requirement is to be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. New graduates are welcome. The pay range is $34 - $35 per hour. Requirements
- Must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible
- Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
- Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes.
- Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community.
- Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
- Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence.
- Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals.
- Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable.
