It is a peaceful, scenic, community-oriented area with an abundance of amenities to suit every taste. JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the Medical Nutrition Therapy MNT} for admitted patients. Task include but not limited to}: screening and assessing patients, nutrition care plans, patient visitations, nutrition education, department in-services, community programs and health fairs, and assisting in other areas related to the Food and Nutrition department. Assist with service recovery for patients and guests.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, or Food and Nutrition
Registered Dietitian RD credentialed by Commission on Dietetic Registration, or Registration eligible within 6 months of hire
State License LDN by Louisiana Board of Examiners in Dietetics and Nutrition, or provisional LDN
Must be able to work anytime weekdays, weekends, and holidays between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm
Must be able to think logically and make decisions based on experience and training
Excellent time management, communication, and organization skills
Computer technology skills and excellent interpersonal skills
