About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian for an inpatient position at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City, MI. This is a full time role, but candidates interested in part time work are welcome to apply. Munson Medical Center, part of Munson Healthcare, is a 430-bed level II trauma center committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care. In this role, you will have the option to provide outpatient coverage as well.

Requirements

Registered Dietitian credential, or you are RD-eligible
excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills
the ability to work well with physicians, nursing and ancillary staff
a strong commitment to excellence in all aspects of patient care
Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24: Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.
In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.
