About The Position

This role is located at Woodbury Wellness Center in Hampstead, NC, within a rehab, skilled nursing, and assisted living setting. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday. Requirements

  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
  • Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
  • Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes.
  • Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to residents, families, staff, and the community.
  • Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
  • Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing resident care and clinical excellence.
  • Partner with the food service management team to help achieve resident satisfaction and service goals.
  • Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable.
