About The Position
We are seeking a PRN Clinical Dietitian who provides appropriate patient nutritional care at Southern Regional Medical Center.
Requirements
- Registered Dietitian Required (CMS requirement).
Nice To Haves
- One year healthcare experience desirable.
Responsibilities
- Assesses the nutritional status of patients, formulates a care plan, coordinates its implementation, and evaluates its impact and effectiveness.
- Provides nutrition education to patients/families.
- Approves supplements as appropriate and assists in the development of a hospital formulary appropriate to the patient population.
