About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a full-time Clinical Dietitian for Holy Spirit Medical Center located in Camp Hill, PA. This 300-bed, Level II trauma hospital offers a wide variety of inpatient units and a long-term acute care hospital (LTACH), providing opportunities to grow skills. This position is suitable for both new graduates and experienced dietitians, and dietitians have order-writing privileges.

Requirements

• Registered Dietitian credentials (or eligibility) and Pennsylvania licensure required (or eligibility)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good time management skills, be a self-starter and a team player
• Ability to work well with physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff
• Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.
• Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional care for a variety of inpatient units
• Perform quality improvement initiatives
• Weekend coverage only every 5th weekend, Saturday on-site, Sunday on-call
• Educate healthcare team members, including physicians and nurses
• Precept dietetic interns
