About The Position
Franklin Plaza is seeking a passionate Clinical Dietitian to join their team. This role focuses on implementing personalized nutrition plans, monitoring patient progress, educating patients and families, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics, be a Registered & Licensed Dietitian in Ohio, and possess at least 2 years of clinical nutrition experience, though training is available for the right candidate. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics from an accredited college
- Registered & Licensed Dietitian in the State of Ohio
- A passion for patient-centered care and teamwork
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of clinical nutrition experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Implement personalized nutrition plans, including enteral and parenteral feeding
- Monitor patient progress and recommend nutritional interventions
- Educate patients and families on dietary needs and healthy habits
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on wound care, dialysis, weight management & more
- Participate in quality improvement programs
- Use EMR and the nutrition care process
- Conduct patient satisfaction rounds and build rapport with medical staff
- Work with our Corporate Dietitian to deliver top-tier care and education
