About The Position

Take the next step in your career with Morrison Healthcare as a Clinical Dietitian in MEMPHIS, TN! This position is located at Morrison Healthcare at St Francis Hospital in an acute care setting. The schedule is Monday-Fri with rotating weekends being on call. The requirement is an RD Credential or RDE, and new grads are encouraged to apply. You will be part of a team of 6 RDs assisting patients at a 450-bed acute care hospital. The RD will have the opportunity to provide care across multiple patient units including: cardiac rehab, weight loss surgery, ICU, Emergency Department, and telehealth inpatient floors. You’ll provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in an acute care setting, working with a collaborative team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.

Requirements

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible
Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community
Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care
Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence
Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals
Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable
