As our Clinical Dietitian I, you will assess patients' nutritional status and recommend/counsel them, their families, and caregivers on appropriate nutrition plans to improve disease or condition management, working with both general and complex patient populations under supervision. Every day you will perform nutritional assessments, implement targeted nutrition interventions, provide customized education, monitor and evaluate patient status, and update care plans. You will also collaborate with Food and Nutrition Services to enhance patient experience, participate in peer reviews and chart audits, and contribute to Diet Manual Handbook training for clinical staff. To be successful in this role, you will possess foundational expertise in clinical nutrition, strong assessment and counseling skills, a meticulous approach to documentation and monitoring, and the ability to effectively collaborate within an interdisciplinary environment to support patient well-being and enhance care quality.
