About The Position

Mindsight Behavioral Group is seeking a Clinical Counselor to join their growing team. The practice is committed to providing wraparound services throughout Kentucky and aims to offer excellent mental health services, particularly to those who may have difficulty affording counseling. While serving a significant Medicaid population, Mindsight operates as a group practice, not an agency, and focuses on creating sustainable and enjoyable workloads for clinicians. They emphasize supporting clinicians as human beings, encouraging career growth, and acting with integrity. The role involves a mix of in-person and telehealth, with specific locations in Lexington, KY, and Somerset, KY requiring 2-4 days of in-person work per week.
