About The Position

Mindsight Behavioral Group is seeking a Clinical Counselor to join their growing team. The practice is committed to providing wraparound services to the community across Kentucky, with a vision to offer excellent mental health services to everyone, especially those who may not otherwise afford counseling. They maintain relationships with Medicaid providers, serving approximately 80% Medicaid recipients. Mindsight emphasizes a sustainable and enjoyable workload, focusing on clinician well-being and long-term commitment. They offer support for professional growth, including training in EMDR, DBT, TF-CBT, or Gottman, opportunities to create and sell CEU courses, leadership roles, and creative outlets like a YouTube channel and podcast.
