The Clinical Counseling Intern Coordinator will provide administrative and clinical supervision to a team of interns, including both licensed and trainee interns. This role involves managing high-risk situations, documenting supervision, and supporting the self-care of therapists and supervisors. The coordinator will address legal/ethical, administrative, and interpersonal issues, provide coaching, and assist with the development and implementation of support plans. They will also be responsible for training and educating the intern team, maintaining clinical standards, and overseeing client care and documentation for their team. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills, as well as the ability to motivate and support therapists. The coordinator will work under the direction of a Clinical Director and attend monthly Intern Coordinator Team meetings. They will also communicate with university field supervisors and schools regarding clinical concerns and complete required intern evaluations. Additionally, the role involves programming development and support, and the coordinator will carry a caseload with productivity requirements.
