About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Clinical Coordinator to support the coordination of clinical operations, patient services, and administrative processes in a remote environment. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare coordination, clinical administration, medical office operations, or a related role.
  • Knowledge of healthcare terminology, clinical workflows, and patient scheduling processes.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Experience maintaining confidential patient information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Medical Record (EMR/EHR) systems.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily clinical and administrative activities to support patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Schedule patient appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, providers, and internal departments regarding scheduling and care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMRs) and ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
  • Verify patient information, insurance details, referrals, and authorizations as required.
  • Coordinate communication between healthcare providers, patients, laboratories, pharmacies, and other healthcare partners.
  • Monitor patient care activities and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding tasks.
  • Prepare reports, maintain records, and assist with quality assurance initiatives.
  • Support compliance with HIPAA, company policies, and applicable healthcare regulations.
  • Assist with process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in virtual meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
