About The Position

The Clinical Coordinator will support the Clinical Manager and Assistant Clinical Manager with supervising the daily activities of the department, shift, or area. This leader will have a rotating schedule based on the unit needs which may include evenings and weekends. In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior, while ensuring individual and teamwork tasks, projects, and responsibilities are completed successfully in support of departmental and organizational goals.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program. For new hires after 2012, Bachelor of Science Degree in nursing (BSN) is required within specified timeframe as outlined in the New Hire BSN Agreement policy (126.045).
• One (1) year of current satisfactory RN experience.
• BLS: Basic Life Support/CPR
• FL RN: FL Registered Nurse License
