About The Position

The Greater Lawrence Family Health Center, Inc. (GLFHC) is seeking a bilingual Clinical Coordinator. This role provides administrative, organizational, and clerical support to the Nurse/Practice Manager and Medical Site Director. The goal is to ensure optimal communication and effective management of various programs and responsibilities within the health center.

Requirements

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
High school diploma
Minimum three years of high-level administrative experience, preferably in a health care setting.
Ability to maintain confidentiality is critical.
Project development and implementation experience essential.
Demonstrates organizational skills to a high degree and strong follow-through skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks from multiple managers.
Self-directed, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative, organizational, and clerical support to the Nurse/Practice Manager and Medical Site Director.
Ensure optimal lines of communication.
Promote and implement effective management of various programs and areas of responsibility.
Don appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Greet visitors and demonstrate exemplary customer service.
Draft, type, and transcribe reports and correspondence.
Screen phone calls and mail.
Record and transcribe minutes of assigned meetings and distribute minutes.
Make travel arrangements, meeting registrations, transportation, and accommodations.
Prepare meeting notices, agendas, minutes, and meeting arrangements.
Coordinate and be responsible for significant administrative projects, including researching and compiling data, and preparing statistical and narrative reports.
Schedule and arrange conferences, interviews, evaluations, and meetings.
Organize and maintain an electronic/paper filing system to facilitate retrieval of information.
