The Clinical Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting residents in supportive housing by assessing and responding to clinical needs that may impact their ability to maintain stability, independence, and overall well-being. As part of The Bridge’s comprehensive behavioral health team, the Clinical Coordinator provides clinical guidance, coordinates appropriate services and interventions, and collaborates with residents, staff, and community providers to address mental health and substance use concerns. This role helps ensure that residents receive individualized, evidence-based support that promotes recovery, stability, and meaningful engagement in their communities.
