Requirements

  • BA Required; Masters preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, managerial and supervisory skills necessary.
  • At least three years of clinical oversight of programs serving mentally ill and/ or substance abusing homeless women preferred.
  • CPR training certification or willingness to take training class in CPR.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct clinical supervision to Independent Living Specialists.
  • Design and supervise group counseling programs.
  • Ensure that daily, weekly and monthly DHS statistics are compiled and submitted for review.
  • Supervise scheduling and case-management staff.
  • Conduct case conferences, treatment plan reviews, and maintenance of established QA procedures.
  • Provide emergency first aid/CPR assistance when needed.
  • Related duties as assigned.
