About The Position
In addition to providing patient care, the Clinical Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the daily patient flow through the department and supervising the nursing care delivery on each shift. She or he will perform a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative. She or he will perform multiple clinical and coordination tasks with a high degree of competency. This position requires knowledge of both department and hospital policies and procedures relevant to the delivery of clinical care.
Requirements
- Two years of healthcare/medical - nursing/ patient care experience is required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
