Reporting to the Assistant Program Director, Tenant Success Services, the Clinical Coordinator, Tenant Success Services manages a team of Housing Retention Specialists providing time-limited services focused on housing retention, resource development, and community integration using a developing Critical Time Intervention (CTI)-informed model to individuals and families exiting shelter and moving into permanent housing in several new developments in Brooklyn and Queens. The Clinical Coordinator ensures the utilization of Harm Reduction and Housing First strategies and other best-practice clinical interventions to ensure the highest quality care for clients. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for client records are kept in compliance with regulatory and agency standards and may carry a small caseload of complex clients. The Clinical Coordinator works primarily during business hours Monday-Friday, with off hours availability in case of emergency or for special projects/initiatives.
