About The Position

The Clinical Coordinator is a Registered Nurse responsible for administration management of patient care outcomes and utilization of staffing on various shifts (7A-7P, 7P-7A, 11A-11P, 7-3, 3-11, and 11-7). This role is responsible for the overall continuity of the implemented philosophy and objectives of the Patient Care Services Department. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for developing, coordinating, and promoting the facility’s patient standards and practice in accordance with legal, ethical, professional, and organizational standards. They must maintain clinical skills and assist various units in patient care services as needed.

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing
• Current licensure by State Board of Nursing
• ASN required
• BCLS & ACLS Certification
• Must possess good communicating skills and interact effectively with interdisciplinary staff members.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred
• Previous management or charge nurse experience (1 year preferred)
