About The Position

The Clinical Coordinator Respiratory Therapist assists the manager in providing leadership to the department, including maximizing personnel abilities and competencies, resolving problems, and supporting department orientation and mentoring. The coordinator organizes the activity and workflow of the respiratory care and transport teams and is responsible for Transport Team operations, training, logistics, and safety. The role also serves as a professional resource for respiratory care staff and others as requested. All positions are located in Fresno/Clovis, California.

Requirements

Associate's degree and completion of an approved Respiratory Care Program.
Three years of Respiratory Care experience in an acute care facility, with neonatal transport, level 3 NICU, and management experience.
Meet all unit-based qualifications at appointment, including Clinic and Hyperbaric qualifications.
Current California Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the NBRC.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
Rapid Sequence Intubation (RSI) qualification.
