About The Position

DaVita is hiring a Clinical Coordinator to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease. The role oversees patient treatment, guides clinical staff, and ensures high standards of care and safety. Paid training is provided. The position is based at 3393 G Street, Suite A, Merced, California.

Requirements

• Current RN license and CPR certification.
• At least 18 months of RN experience, including at least 6 months of dialysis experience.
• Charge RN readiness approval.
• Associate degree in nursing (ADN).
• Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Outlook.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience.
• CNN/CDN certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes.
• Supervise clinical staff, including patient care technicians (PCTs).
• Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery.
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
