The Clinical Pharmacist Coordinator will perform educational and clinical services for the facility. They will be a drug information resource for the nurses, physicians, patients, and families. In addition, they will use critical thinking skills and perform independent decision-making as needed for the furnishing of safe and rational medication therapy.
