This hybrid position combines 60% clinical education administration with 40% teaching, scholarship, and service, offering the opportunity to shape both the clinical and academic experiences of PA students. Working closely with the Program Director and Director of Clinical Education, you will develop and maintain high-quality clinical rotation partnerships, support student success throughout the clinical year, and ensure compliance with ARC-PA accreditation standards. As a faculty member, you will teach, mentor, advise, and evaluate students while contributing to curriculum development, program assessment, accreditation efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
