About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Clinical Coordinator to support and guide our Crisis Residential Programs: The Lodge in Bristol and the new Bright Path Center in Doylestown. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys being actively involved in supporting staff in real time, managing admissions flow, and ensuring guests receive safe, effective, and recovery-oriented care during moments of crisis. The Clinical Coordinator will serve as a key clinical leader, bridging frontline staff and program leadership, while also helping to launch and stabilize one of our newest programs. This position balances clinical leadership, coordination, and hands-on support. Responsibilities include determining admission appropriateness, supporting staff during high-acuity situations, ensuring consistent and high-quality clinical documentation and care delivery, maintaining smooth program operations from admissions to discharges, and acting as a trusted clinical resource for staff across adult and adolescent services.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, sociology, or education
• At least 2 years of direct mental health service experience
• Supervisory or lead experience in a clinical or crisis setting
• Knowledge of crisis services and program operations
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive between locations
• Comfort with EHRs and basic Office 365 tools
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, with or without accommodation

Nice To Haves

• Licensed Mental Health Professional Preferred
• Experience in crisis-residential settings or acute level of care
• Familiarity with psychiatric commitment procedures strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and review daily referrals and admissions across both locations
• Monitor bed availability and program acuity
• Provide real‑time clinical guidance and coaching to staff
• Directly supervise a team of Resident Aides ensuring high-quality, person-centered support
• Ensure appropriate 24/7 staffing coverage across all Crisis Residential units
• Support clinical on‑call coverage on a rotating basis
• Ensure documentation supports medical necessity and authorizations
• Coordinate utilization review processes for Crisis Residential programs
• Collaborate with hospitals, county systems, families, and community partners
• Assist with onboarding, training, and group programming consistency
• Step into direct client support when needed during high-acuity moments.
• Work flexibly between Bright Path Center’s Doylestown location and the Lodge’s Bristol location based on program and staffing needs.
