As a member of the Ambulatory Transplant team, the Clinical Coordinator will utilize and apply current specialized knowledge and expertise on recent advances in nursing practice to facilitate the effective management of clinical activities, the coordination of patient care across the continuum, and continuity in patient care management. This role involves performing patient care responsibilities, teaching/educational responsibilities, participating actively in Quality Improvement initiatives, and engaging in academic and research activities/projects. Additionally, the position includes performing administrative responsibilities and cross-functional duties as assigned or requested.
